I am very honored to have been nominated by Blues In The South, in conjunction with Phonic FM and Kansas City Online Radio (KCOR) for the Kevin Thorpe Memorial Award for Original British Blues Song.
The song of mine they have chosen is “The Bittersweet” from my limited edition “Medicine Man EP”. This CD is still only available at gigs, we still have a few left and I’m on tour at the moment too…

Marcus Bonfanti April/May 2012 Tour

It’s that time again…
Me and the boys are heading out on the road to play 10 gigs around England before we go into the studio to record my next record, we’re gonna be playing tunes from the last 2 albums and also trying some new material out on you to see if it makes the cut…
This will be the last string of live dates we do until November as I’m gonna be locked away in the countryside for a while making this record and then when the sun comes out we’re gonna play outside gigs!

(apologies to everyone in Scotland, there will be a set of Scottish dates before November, we wouldn’t wanna miss you out, just couldn’t get up to you this time…)

Happy New Year Everybody!

First off i wanna thank each and every one of you who came to see me and the band at The Jazz Cafe on Friday. An amazing audience to play for and so much great feedback from you all. Such a great start to the year, i got alot planned for 2012…

I know the gig page is looking a little empty right now but we are currently booking a UK tour for April and as soon as its confirmed dates will be going up so keep watching the website or even better sign up to the mailing list at the top of the page, it only takes a second…

There will also be a new album this year as well as a few trips into Europe and beyond so hopefully i’ll see you all somewhere out on the road.

Next show is at The Forum in Hatfield on 19th January then down in Hayling Island on the 20th so maybe see you there…

First gig of 2012 – Jazz Cafe!

After a really great 2011 me and the boys will be kicking off 2012 at the fantastic Jazz Cafe in Camden, London.
If your New Years Eve didnt go according to plan or you decided that you were gonna steer clear of the crowds and save it all for the weekend after then this is the gig for you. I will be announcing some special guests that will be joining me in the coming weeks too. Keep watching the website or even better signup to the mailing list and receive updates that way.

Marcus Bonfanti First Ever UK Headline Tour This November…

Hey everybody, thanks for stopping by the website and if you haven’t already, please sign up to my mailing list at the top of the page for exclusive extras and the best way to stay up to date with tour dates & new releases.

It’s been a real great summer of gigs and to be honest this year has been incredible so far, thankyou all for coming out to see my shows throughout the year. You’ve all been amazin.

This November I will be heading off on my first ever UK headline tour. Me and the band are doing 11 shows in 14 days check out the dates below. Full details are on the gigs page above.

I am also releasing a limited edition EP of new material that will only be available to buy on the tour, it comes with some bonus extras and one of the CD’s will contain a “Golden Ticket” that will give the winner a free Marcus Bonfanti solo show in their home.
