Tour Dates announced and One Kind Favour
Hey everyone,
firstly thank you so much to those of you who have bought my album over the last few weeks, i really appreciate your support. “What Good Am I To You?” Has been in the Amazon Blues Top 20 and HMV Blues Top 10 for 2 weeks now. It’s amazin to see my record next to the likes of Joe Bonamassa, Seasick Steve and at one point the great BB King; i’m honestly a bit overwhelmed.
It’s been real busy since the release (I been fallin asleep before the sun rises again, it feels strange) me and the band played a session on BBC Radio4 show Loose Ends and got to hangout with Clive Anderson, Sir Ian Mckellen, David Threlfall and Fyfe Dangerfield which was real good fun and i’ve been doin sessions for lots of radio stations including a session with Bob Harris on his Radio2 show which i gotta say was a real highlight of my life. You’ve not talked music till you’ve talked it with Bob…
I have just put up all the Tour Dates announced so far for this year, i’m coverin alot of ground (much of it opening for my good friend Sandi Thom on her tour) and alot of it with the band. There are alot more dates bein added all the time, including my first ever appearance at Glastonbury, but you’ll have to come back in a few weeks to hear bout that…
So please check out the live dates and if we’re comin to your town come along for some blues and whiskey themed good times.
The dates are also listed on myspace www.myspace.com/marcusbonfantimusic
Now on to the “One Kind Favour…”
The nominations for the 2010 British Blues awards are being voted for now, if you’ve been to my shows and had a good time, bought my album and enjoyed it or even shared a whiskey with me please go to www.britishbluesawards.com and vote for me in the relevant categories. It doesn’t take long to do and i would really appreciate it.
So, i hope i’ll get to see you all at the forthcoming shows so until then, enjoy the album and if you haven’t bought it yet then borrow it off a mate… and then buy it please.
Take it easy
Marcus

Hey Marcus,
Stuart here. Met you at the Sandi Thom gig in Whelans in Dublin. You wrote a funny message about our convo on your newest album.
Good to see you’re kicking ass :-).. was wondering.. is it possible to join your site and if yes, there any perks for joining?
